Taking a picture of an athlete doing something out of the ordinary and placing it on a sports card is almost never a good idea.  When one buys a pack of cards, one expects there to be pictures of their favourite stars playing the sport they are famous for.  Was there really a lack of opportunities to get a shot of Jarome Iginla taking a slap shot or skating down the ice?  Does anyone really want to see a picture of Jarome Iginla playing ping-pong?  At least, I think that’s what Jarome is doing.  He may be imitating Elaine Benes and her famous dance from Seinfeld.  Or maybe we caught Jarome doing the Carlton dance from Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.  Either way, I think it’s safe to say it’s best to leave such rug-cutting to the professionals unless you want tree trunks for thighs too… Good Lord, on second thought, maybe we all should be playing ping-pong and Carlton-dancing.
